Took the kids to a famous place for pizza and games. Trying to make JT's post-op visits a bit of fun. Megan decided to come along with us this time. She was a big help. We have appointments over two days so we will be staying at the Ronald M. Donald house. They have been wonderful to us in letting us stay many times for appointments and surgeries.

Another trip to Duke for Jonathan's post op bone graft check. Jonathan had his splint removed without having to be put to sleep again which made for a happy day! Mia and Jonathan both like to play doctor when in the office - notice Mia with an instrument in her hand ready to help the doctor check Jonathan out. They have so much patience with them at DUKE. Jonathan also had a speech evaluation done and has shown amazing improvement. It looks like he will be graduating from speech therapy as well. PTL! These 2 days have gone better than expected.
